Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Two separate things apply to your order. YOUR 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS) You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Let us know within that period at support@concreteloom.com. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back, and we refund within 14 days of being notified (we may wait until the goods reach us). You cover return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect. Genuinely personalised or made-to-order items are excluded by law, but standard sizes and stock designs are returnable. OUR 30-DAY GOODWILL RETURNS Beyond the legal minimum, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in original condition for up to 30 days from delivery — for a replacement, store credit, or refund. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS If something arrives faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, email support@concreteloom.com and we'll cover return shipping and make it right.
